I saw some photos of an Albino Hummingbird recently. I’ve never seen such a thing before in my life. It had white feathers and red eyes- the traditional trademarks of an albino of any kind. There were around 30 different photos. Not likely faked. Car accident claims

Fullerton’s market is some 30% distressed properties? I guess with the plummet in values, everyone is susceptible. Fullerton homes are typically high valued OC homes because of the use/cost of land in CA especially in urban areas. A move to a similar location in Texas would cut these prices to a third, which is precisely what a lot of people with liquidity are doing anyway. The short sale market marches on in Fullerton and OC.

It’s the kind of neighborhood where people don’t want to admit they’re stuck or worse, in trouble so they just sit on things until it’s too late. Foreclosures loom large but banks are trying to stave that off while getting the word out that short sales may be right for a lot of people underwater.

Cash is king but few have it. Speculation buyers aren’t doing anyone any favors. Anyone who really wants a home to actually live in has to compete with them.
